Returns Policy

If you need to return something, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

In order to process a return you must contact us with this request within 7 working days of receipt of goods and we must receive the goods, undamaged, at our warehouse within 14 working days of receipt.

Returns, other than faulty or defective goods, will be subject to a collection fee (quote available on request) and 30% restocking fee. Return of faulty or defective goods will be arranged at KLS expense if reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please note: KLS will not accept any return of goods that has not been agreed beforehand. Any items without return authorisation will not be accepted. The KLS Service team should be contacted to obtain return authorisation: info@kls-services.co.uk
